Hacienda Buenaventura Hotel & Mexican Charm Puerto Vallarta

We loved the hotel and Puerto Vallarta, had 2 fantastic days there. Very comfy beds and climate control, a safe box and cable television. Attentive venue staff in all areas. The location was favourable, within easy walking distance of La Isla Shopping Village. There was an a la carte restaurant nearby.

It made my trip to Puerto Vallarta a fun experience. The poolside bar was great with some good food.

Excellent stay, as always. I loved the details, like staff and food, they were very good. I was there for 7 nights and ate at a la carte restaurant in the garden.

Loved our stay, had excellent 5 days overall. The room we had included a work desk, pay TV and ironing facilities. The location not too far from the beach was amazing. A wide array of food options next to the venue.

Relaxing hotel, the stay was good, ideal location down the street around the corner. Air conditioned rooms on the balcony and excellent service.

Possibly the best and decent stay for a change. The staff were kind and absolutely perfect as well, will be back. I've booked double room on the balcony and everything was great.

the hotel was fine, we recommend. large room, inclusive breakfast. many thanks to pleasant staff for providing us a fine stay. it was across the delightful area. the beach nearby was lively and the view was magnificent.

Outstanding food, hard-working staff, comfy beds. I got free upgrade and liked it. Smooth check-in & good service.

Facilities were good, though Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

Well heated rooms in a MAJESTIC hotel. The dining room was light. Lots of various drinks, such as coffee and tea in the bar. The location was perfect, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Barrabar.

Cozy, fairly clean hotel, every detail here was good. The beach restaurant and the poolside bar where on site;)))

Staff and food were ideal and I especially loved that the place was fairly clean. Room was good value. The bed was extremely comfy, and the bathroom was large. Staying at the hotel was great, I would return there.

Exceptionally friendly hotel, we loved it. The food was different, with plenty of options. Room was cool and bright, exceptionally comfortable beds. Staff was thoughtful and provided exceptional service.

The hotel is cute, I loved its terrific staff and food. All in all it's fairly clean place, they have comfortable beds. Beautiful garden and well-maintained pool area. Need to be mentioned that free wifi was provided throughout the property.

Zeferinos Pizza is within a walking distance of the hotel. Having a pool and the beach bar was a bonus...

We appreciated the authentic cuisine in the restaurant. Great hotel, just 3 stars.
